Your health care organization must be registered with the NPDB to sign in. If your organization is registered but you do not have a user account, contact your Data Bank administrator. Don't have a Data Bank administrator?
Select Sign in with your MFA account if you have linked your NPDB user account to use MFA. What is an MFA account?
If you have not signed in for 60 days you will be prompted to reactivate your account by XMS/AMS and NPDB.
To meet the highest cybersecurity standards, the NPDB requires users to verify their identity.
If you have a Social Security number or individual taxpayer identification number, you must use it to verify your identity. If you do not have either number, you must verify your identity with a valid passport. Visit ID.me's help page Exit Image for instructions on verifying with a non-U.S. passport.
You can only have one verified ID.me account. Visit our What do I do if I have a duplicate ID.me account FAQ for help.
