Your health care organization must be registered with the NPDB to sign in. If your organization is registered but you do not have a user account, contact your Data Bank administrator. Don't have a Data Bank administrator?
Select Sign in with a DBID and User ID if you have not linked your user account to use multi-factor identification.
To meet the highest cybersecurity standards, the NPDB requires users to verify their identity.
If you have a Social Security number or individual taxpayer identification number, you must use it to verify your identity. If you do not have either number, you must verify your identity with a valid passport. Visit ID.me's help page Exit Image
for instructions on verifying with a non-U.S. passport.
You can only have one verified ID.me account. Visit our What do I do if I have a duplicate ID.me account FAQ for help.
